Introduction

Welcome to Digital Copilot. These terms and conditions govern your subscription and use of the Digital Copilot Platform, including all features, functionality, and services offered as part of the subscription. By subscribing to and using our platform, you agree to these terms and conditions in full.

Subscription and Payment

Subscription: Digital Copilot offers monthly subscription packages that grant you active use of the platform and access to various levels of features and functionality, referred to as systems. These systems are enhancements to our software-as-a-service (SaaS) offering.Payment: Subscription fees are payable monthly. The amount and billing cycle for your subscription are based on the package selected at the time of subscription.Renewal and Cancellation: Your subscription will automatically renew each month. You may cancel your subscription at any time. To cancel, you must notify Digital Copilot via the platform's designated cancellation process.

Legal Use and Conduct

Legal Access: Subscribing to Digital Copilot grants you legal access to use the platform for business purposes, allowing you to earn profits and conduct business within the scope of your digital brand presence.

Prohibited Industries: Subscribers are prohibited from using Digital Copilot for businesses involved in gambling, adult video or pornographic content, gambling in exchange for money or digital currency, and any illegal services related to selling drugs, illegal substances, or information to earn money for a profit.

Refund Policy

Cancellation and Refunds: Subscribers may cancel their services at any time. Refund requests submitted within five days of payment being debited from your account will be honored.

Cancellations made after this period but no later than the 20th day following the initial payment will not be eligible for a refund but will prevent further billing.

Additional Fees

Enhancements and AI Integration: Additional fees may apply for added features, including AI integration, designed to enhance market productivity and creative branding techniques. Any such additional services and their associated costs will be clearly communicated to you at the time of selection.

Agreement to Terms

By using the Digital Copilot platform, you affirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions. Digital Copilot reserves the right to modify these terms at any time, with changes effective upon posting to the platform.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Digital Copilot operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
